Happy Holidays!

Thanks for a great first semester, and here's to a great second semester.  I appreciate all the thoughts, gifts, and well-wishes for the holidays! It was a memorable first half of the school year.  We will hit the ground running for the second semester on January 4.  The new year promises lots of new activities and the continuation of the projects we have already begun!  Completion of the science fair and NHD will be the first order of business once we return!  Over the break, enjoy your time with family.  If you have free time, it'd be awesome if you could visit Sumdog and FreeRice.  We all can always use the chance to sharpen our skills!

SCIENCE CAMP

Science camp was a blast! Of the eight years MMS sixth graders have gone to camp, I feel like this was the best! Our class had fun, learned lots, and behaved in a respectful, responsible and yes, resourceful way! Our three moms, Mrs. Gillis, Mrs. Requierme, and Mrs. Taylor all were tremendous assets to us at camp. Thanks, moms!
